    Description

    In May 1972, the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs introduced a regulation on the procedure for determining and assigning class qualifications to certain categories of employees of the traffic police, BHSS, UR and operational and technical apparatus. The insignia for the command personnel were deployed wings with a red figured shield, the emblem of the USSR in the upper part and white numbers "1", "2", "3" in the center, indicating class.
