Technically it is Digispark clone :),  AtTiny85 MCU based board.
Digispark is sold in more than 40 000 pcs that mean very large community.
Hardware compatible with adafruit Trinket /Gemma, you can use gemmaboot without changes.
It is unnecessary, again and again listing their parameters, focus on the main differences ;)
This board is well supported with Digispark official IDE, just select In IDE :
Tools->Board->Digispark Tools->Programmer->Digispark
on board is all for you need for start, RGB LED and button
