NCE Cab06P Handheld Throttle DCC Northcoast LCD Display w/Cable

Description

This listing is for a NCE (Northcoast) Cab 06P DCC handheld controller with coiled cable.  It has a radio (wireless) transmitter however when tested it didn't work, hence the cable.  It works fine with the cable.  It has a potentiometer because there are stops at low and high end of the knob, so it's a 06P.  It comes from an estate donation to our organization.
