    EFFANBEE 1994 DOLL " PATSY JOAN "   This doll is a retired reproduction of the composition 1946 doll Patsy Joan series. The doll has sleepy blue eyes, molded hair and painted face. The clothes are original and she has her wrist tag. She comes in a Effanbee Patsy Joan factory box.
    Please
