This early, large CAMERA is a DEARDORFF CAMERA GROUND TYPE C - 1 CAMERA.
The Serial No. is 2225.
It is a large format film camera - 8 x 10.  It is wood.
The DEARDORFF & SONS PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT CO. was located in Chicago.
It comes with all that you see in the pictures in its large case.
The CAMERA was made for the U. S. Air Force - order # AF 33(038)277875 - in the 1950's.
There is a WOLLENSAK 13" LENS.
The Camera in its case is a recent estate sale find. It has been stored for a long time.
Information stamped on the case states the weight of the camera, equipment and case at 60 lbs.
