The PCB board has two sides. One side can be used to convert QFN16 pin pitch 0.65mm, 4x4mm IC to DIP16 (300mil width, 2.54mm pin pitch). The other side can be used to convert QFN16 pin pitch 0.5mm, 4x4mm IC to DIP16 (300mil width, 2.54mm pin pitch).
Working with single row pin header, this board can be plugged directly into the universal board or the breadboard.
